• Easy to use, even when jetlagged! Controls are large, display is clear. This is the best global alarm clock AND gets radio signals from all over the world. I use one for travel, one on my nightstand at home.
• I bought this for my husband who travels all the time and he loves it. I am going to buy his Mother one. It is easy to use and you can see the time very well.
• Like the other Seiko radio-controlled travel alarm clock that I bought, this clock has the inconvenient tendency of resetting the time zone from Pacific to Eastern when resetting itself to the signal from the atomic clock in Boulder, Colorado. I expected better of the Seiko brand. I own other brands of RC clocks, all of which have maintained their settings without fail.
• I had been searching for a travel alarm and every other one I have found or owned has tiny buttons and switches that make it hard to set and easy to make mistakes. On this one, the buttons are large, on the front, and very simple to use. It's a bit pricey, probably because it's Seiko and has the automatic time setting feature, but it's what I was looking for. By the way, the first one I ordered did not access the atomic clock to set the time, I returned it to Magellan's, and the replacement works fine.
• I just bought two of these clocks and absolutely love them. I work as an international flight attendant and travel all over and this clock is perfect for self adjusting to various timezones for me.Its easy to use and read and I am going to buy more of these great clocks for gifts for my flying friends!
• I think Seiko finally got it right! This is a vast improvement over the earlier model. The alarm is now intuitive, and other than changing the US time zones, the search for the transmitter is automatic. I use this clock while traveling in the US and Europe.
• Unfortunately, this unit works only in 4 [four] countries in the entire worold. US, UK, Germany and Japan.
• This clock now joins the previous Seiko, sitting in a drawer as it does not work any better than the original Atomic Sieko. It sets West Coast to East Coast always and it's too complicated to bother with trying to set it manually.
• I needed a new travel alarm and decided to purchase this one. In my opinion, this clock is not easy to set (other than setting the alarm)- the buttons are tiny and are under a panel on the back of the clock. I turned off the atomic clock feature and set the clock manually when I arrived at my destination. The clock reset itself to radio wave four different times. Meaning four different times I had to go through the hassle of resetting the time. Unless you take the paper directions with you and are able to read the tiny print it is not easy to set the time zone, date, day, temperature and time. I would not recommend this clock.
